today, after driving all over town i decided i was going to give my car a wash while my g/f was sleeping so i went to go pull it around on the lawn and i put the key in the ignition and everything seemed to be ok but then i turned the key and it went "click click click click" i was like shit... wtf...

I hear many people talking about make they shifter shorts (short shifter) what I gain doing that? And I have a doub about the clutch, when people said, they change the clutch or need a better one or a racing clutch, what that mean :?: :roll: If you cut the shifter arm you can end up with a shorter ...

OK, give me the spect of your truck. Many cars no pass the 18 seg, and the others (no sport cars) also stay in the 17segs. All depends in the weigth and specs. You hava a a truck. Hey, if you wanted a race car why didn't you buy a minivan? Select early 90s minivans were supercharged and ran high 14s in the quarter mile with some tweaking. They can haul a lot of asses and haul ass . Heck, first generation Cavaliers ran 17s bone stock and you can pick them up for under a grand....
