Ok, first of all i would advise you in the next 5k or so if not now, to change your timing belt, if its at 100k or 40k on the current timing belt and i would do that with all of the belts make it a habbit to change the belts within 30-40k or thats what ihave always been told to do, and yet no probl...

i got a strange sound coming from under the hood when starting it sounds like a slipping belt .. but i dont have an air condition in my car wut could it be how can i fix it ... could it be the water pump or the generator ... any help i dont want the problem become bigger cuz i dont want any fearther...

probably a trany problem it happend with me before at that time i was driving a impala chevy the exact same problem 1st gear was shifted always .. i have changed the whole transmition sorry to til u that ... maybe something else but chick the trany..

thanx man ... u really helped me at this point but the problem i cant mount c20xe cuz in jordan when u change engines u can get only 30% of the cc'z of ur original engine u got and i have 1.5l ,30% whould be 1.95 not 2.0 so am looking for 1.8'z

no one got any idea huh .... z18xe?? any thing .. if no one knows so what is the best swap for a lanos to 1.8l engine??? any idea
