Out of curiousity what did you use to clean up the piston tops. I've rebuilt a couple honda motors and i never can get them looking like that. We usually end up sending them out for coatings anyway but wow, whatever you used was fantastic.

Will running that head gasket affect your compression ratio? How mild or wild of a port and polish are you getting?

i thought the megasquirt didn't work with many new features on newer cars like DBW and such.

did the 255 increased your fuel pressure ? if so u may be thinking of getting a FPR installing them in a Nubira o Leganza is easy that pump should be good for 400+ whp unfortunately the nubira and leganza use a full return setup type fuel system and the Optra/Forenza doesn't.
