mine's got 174 000 km's on the clock now, and the timing belt was last changed on 144 000 km's.

im just going to have to find out how much a water pump is here by us.

To replace the head cover gasket, is it just a case of taking off the cover, replacing the gasket and putting the cover back on again?

I have a 2000 1.6 sx, and my car is smoking like crazy! especially when i pull away.
i have noticed that there is oil in my spark plug holes. do i just need to replace the valve cover gasket?
the other thing is, how will i know if it is not the gasket?
