i just rotated the pump alot so it was easy to be able to slip the belt on, from there, lined up cam timing, and my exhaust always wanted to jump up as the intake down, so i started with holding the exhaust with a big screwdriver against the valve body, not the cover as i didnt want to smash the gas...

junkyard is where i go bro, and if all else fails, chevy dealer... and they dont want to play nice, buy for aveo, and if you dont want to do that, go to the daewoo site and look up local deawoo shops.

didnt you say you bought a metal one? if you did, just go down to autozone (or something like it) and match the inner diameter of a stat, say from a chevy.... but the plastic ones... they can't break while tightening them, b.c they should have a metal bushing in the screw holes. unless you put the h...

yea, i would loosen them, take em off clean everything and replace all the fun stuff, like $1.29 at my local autozone for the green and red ring along with the grease. then check the FUSE in the fuse box, pull it out and blow into both, stick it back in, just to make sure not a loose connection. als...

very great question... b.c then i can tell whats connected on the air bag circuit.
i did it for my A/C and found out there's a such thing as a pressure sensor. >.< boy did i feel stupid.
