Re: Scan Tool
Oh ok sorry about that. I'm not really familiar with your car so it's all guess work lol. What I would do then is put a call into a chevy, GM, or suzuki dealer. One of them has to be able to help. If not we'll figure out something else. Let us know what you find out.

Re: Scan Tool
There won't be a connection under the drivers seat. Does your car turn the passenger airbag off and on depending on if there's an actual passenger in the seat? If so check the connections under the passenger seat, they go to a sensor inside the seat. If not that's not something that can be a problem...

Re: Scan Tool
Well you could check and make sure the connections are tight. A few people on the suzuki forum had some luck using dielectric grease on the connections under the seat. You could check that yourself. The one other thing suggested was checking in the steering column. I would NOT suggest doing this you...

Re: Scan Tool
I did a quick search on the net and one thing that keeps coming up is loose connections under the passenger seat or a line that's bent to much under the passenger seat. You might want to check under there make sure everything's ok.

Re: Scan Tool
Ah ok. Well my search continues lol. I'll be using a stand alone for the time being. I bet a Suzuki dealer would reset a daewoo ecu code. If you find a mechanic with daewoo compatable or specific software they can turn it off

Re: Scan Tool
I don't really know much about efi live. Can you tune with that program. Think it'll work with the suzuki reno? It had the delphi mr140 ecu. Haven't found anything other than a chip flasher for it.

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
Sorry I took so long to reply. Id at least be interested in the calipers if they'd work with the stock sized disks. I have 15" rims and don't really have the money to get new ones. Unfortunately money's very tight. It would also depend on what you were looking to get for them also. You should get wh...

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
I had a problem with my head at one point and I had another one sitting around that I had bought. It was just easier to swap in the new head rather than rebuild the old one. The problem is the new head was ported and has different cams in it. Also the valve seals are pretty much shot. We never did a...

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
Yeah. Were planning to put it on the dyno first. It's not really running right but it'll still give us an idea of power gains.

615ho is a very respectable number! Are you going to enter any events this season or just run it on the street? I know you said I shouldn't look but I couldn't resist lol

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
Interesting comparison between the three graphs. Minus the IS300. They're all pretty close. I would have liked to see the optra tuning the haltec AND the old turbo just to see what kind of numbers it would have had. Chris was the u20 head built and ported when you ran it on the dyno? Just wondering ...

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
Thanks for. Posting. I think I have them all figures out now. I'd have to look at my notes but of hand I think that was the right number. Now I've decided I'm breaking the build up into two parts to help myself out monitarily. Basically I'm broke lol. I've been collecting parts forever and have most...

Re: Such low forum activity!
Thanks Efrain! This site has helped me a lot over the years, so much info. It's been a huge part of me being able to get the parts for my build together. precisionboost was also a huge help. Sorry you lost the domain. It's good to see precisionboost posting again and helping to get things going. So ...
