Optra 5/Reno DRL HID Q

OK so the missus Optra 5 burnt a headlight bulb, and I decided that it would be good to switch to HIDs. Now the main question is, is there a way to dissable the DRLs? I know I could ground the wire at the parking brake, but she would be bitching about the light in the dash. Is it possible to just di...

A UK site lists them at 115#s so about 230 USD. Most tuner shops should be able to order them for you.

Praise the Lowered!!!

Finally got the Apex springs installed in the g/fs Optra5! The ride is actually quite amazing. I am used to the ride in my car which is very harsh from the Koni yellows and linear wound springs. But the Apex springs feel more like a sport option from the factory than aftermarket. Can't wait to get r...

swaybar end link trbls

Yesterday I tried to lower the g/fs car(04 Optra 5) but ran into a few problems and decided t let a shop do it. The car hasn't made it to the shop yet, but I am getting a binding sound coming from the suspension. I suspect its the swaybar end link. I was unable to get it off as you can't access the ...

I have Koni's in my Neon and they are killer! I can run them stiff in the summer, and back them off a bit for the winter. When they are dialed in there is very little body shift under hard acceleration.

If the budget allows for them get teh Koni's

I would really suggest some form of shield for the lights. A very similiar product is availible for 95-99 neons, and most of the people that got them ended up w/ broken lights, from going on the highway.
