Is that a sign of bent valves?

Thank you!!! That's painful feedback ... but really great feedback. I was assessing the job for removing the head and I notices that the #3 spark-plug wire was not fully on. I pushed them all back in and my battery was dead so I couldn't test to see if maybe it was a spark issue. I'll retest tonight...

My timing belt pulley broke and my timing belt came off at about 30 MPH. I replaced the timing belt and pulleys. The engine turns over, but wont start. Any clue on what's up? Even though the timing marks are lined up could I have got the timing wrong? I notice it takes one full rotation of the crank...

I'm going to change the alternator today and maybe the battery.
Then I'll take it to the only Daewoo shop around here.
The good thing is he's a cool guy and relatively inexpensive.

I have a code (and pending code) P1792 ... any one know what this is? My daughter bought a 1999 Nubira a couple of months ago and it's had a rough idle for about a month (hot or cold). The battery has been going bad for a wile too. Yesterday I drove it and mashed the motor and it didn't respond that...
