The outside of bumper after 2 layers of body plastic with sanding in between layers and after final layer and then a coating of bondo. The blue is GelCoat that is put in the mold first.
It's easier to sand and comes out smooth.
The yellow is the fiberglass overhang which has to be trimmed off.
The silver is paint from the inside of his bumper cause I shoulda put another layer of wax.
I will post pics of progress on outside tomorrow.

Do u know any good pages with "tutorials"? With pics and stuff like that. I would like to learn more 'bout working with fibreglass. I don't know of any "how-to" pages but I'll try to show you. So now you have fiberglass on the outside and you gotta sand it all down smooth....and the first time bumper touches something it snaps off (and you run over it...lol)....Have fun. If you are going to use fiberglass anyway........do it this way - Clean inside of Woo bumper Apply 4 - 6 coats of paste...

You can make any kit fit but you need the mounting points from a Woo. You must use the Woo bumper as a mold for fiberglass to get the top of bumper then cut aftermarket bumper top off and join the fiberglass part you made.
