Thought About It
It was more of an idea but after thinking about it, it is hardly worth it. When you stuff more power under the hood of a car that was not designed to handle it, I will end up with more problems than I could ever dream of. I've got a couple of cars lined up that I would like to get and I will probabl...

Daewoo Lanos Turbo
I just stopped by "Idaho Speed Center" and I found out that for about $5500 they can put in a custom Turbo that should give me at least 60 whp. I have been thinking about buying a new car but the Turbo upgrade is a lot cheaper than the car that I want. I figure that I'll also have to switch to a man...

Turbo
Turbo sounds good. I think that I have made up my mind though and I will be looking to buy a 97 or 98 Supra Turbo. I'll keep my Daewoo though, cause I'm too attached but I will continue to work on it and I just might get a turbo kit for it. If the Lanos had more aftermarket parts, it could have beco...

Supercharger
:?: Does anyone know if the supercharger on the Chevy Cobalt would fit a Daewoo Lanos. I think that the intake manifold would probably have to be customized to fit but it looks like there might be enough room under the hood. If this could work out then the HP gain would be somewhere around 50 and to...

The wing itself has these metal strips that the clips go onto. Putting it on is a bit tricky but the wing will go on top of the hatch and the clips will grab the tailgate. If you look closely you will see that there is some room for those clips. The clips are then screwed in and the screws will keep...

Rims
If you are thinking about racing, you have to have smaller tires, that is unless you have too much horsepower. I had some 17's on my Lanos and I ended up selling those and getting some 16's which are about the same diameter as the original tires. I did all my engine upgrades with the 17's and when I...

Lanos Wings
I bought that wing from factorywings.com and there are two ways that you can attach that wing. It can use the Lanos factory holes or you can use the clips that they supply with the wing. It is pretty sturdy plus they supply some pads that will help keep the wing in place.

Silver is great!!
A silver mesh will hide all the ugly stuff you can see through the opening. Also make sure to paint the toungue black, because that will hide it good.
