Looking Awesome Mr Sean! Glad its coming together! Love the red tappit cover. So now you have a 2 litre again! Why didn't you remove the Egr and Egr ports from the exhaust ports? Other wise looking very very good!

I agree with Mr Precision, boost is my favourite lol. Why not see if you can source x16xe pistons, they are just about flat top pistons and the motor istelf has a compression ratio of 10.5:1. If the daewoo and opel heads are the same cc then it should up your compression. See what stock cams the x16...

Hey man Well few things, the more power you get from it the more drivabilty for everyday you'll lose. But things like individual throttle bodies, from maybe a larger bike ie gsr 38mm throttle bodies. Too large throttle bodies will lose low down power. Then you'll need piggy back chip or ful standalo...

I'm not 100% clued up on the daewoo motors, more so the opel ones. But things you should also look at is bigger injectors maybe 330cc, bigger is possible but if you not looking for huge power figures they not really needed. Piston wise if you using the 1.5 16v motor why not look for the 8v 1.5 pisto...
