2005 Reno K&N

I can now verify that an aftermarket part CAN be had for the Reno in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

K&N drop in filter #33-2330 landed in my car yesterday afternoon.

I'd be a liar if I said I felt a noticable difference in acceleration, but I always like to buy better-flowing filters for my cars.

I'm going away to NC + FL Wednesday night, so if anyone wants them mailed out this week, PM me what you'd like and I'll give you my PayPal or mailing address.

Your last name... or first initial + last name... and any flag of your choice.

I'm thinking 50 stars on an American flag might be too difficult for my machine... if anyone wants an american flag, I'll sort out how it'll look before I ask for payment.

The 2.2L gets worse gas mileage and not much more power..... I think if I were driving around all the time I'd go the other way and drop in a 1.6L Aveo engine and throw a turbo on it. When driving "normal" you'd get better gas mileage than the 2.0L and when you hit the gas you would have more power...

Leganza 2.2 in a Reno?

I know the Leganza 2.2 is taller than the Reno 2.0, but are the mounts the same? And if so, does it make the valve cover poke into the hood, or does it make the oil pan drag? I deliver pizza in my Reno, so my 100000mile (220000km?) warranty will be up in about a year and a half... I was thinking abo...

after a lot of math...(we use mpg as our measurement in the US)...

My Suzuki Reno (2.0L, 5spd) does 100 km on 13.87L of 87 octane US sludge gas. That's almost all pizza delivery miles in the suburbs with the A/C on in 90 degree heat.

New to Daewoo, Many Questions

I've now owned a Super Red Suzuki Reno for a week, and I have some questions: 1) What is my engine name/code? 2) Which engines fit into the car? Which cars are these from? 3) Which trannies (manual only) fit into the car? Which cars are these from? 4) I'm friends with some guys who develop RX-7 part...

What about the Gran Sports and Grand Nationals?!

Buick was a fairly sporty company until the late 1980s.
