need help check engine

hi im geting a check engine light code 342 and 1781, 342 cam-s, 1781 ???
car is 2000 lanos with 2.2 motor with 1.6 wires to run the motor. it sounds ok works good but dont no the codes if any 1 can help think you.

can it be the Transmission 1781 codes??? or to do with the Transmission, i had the car parked for 3m and battry was gone, i used the jumper from my jeep and it just made a pop sound and it didnt work, looking at it the ecu fride used my 1.6 ecu and it work, got a new ecu and now i get the check engine light.

think you, so i just need a MANUAL ecu ok, any one need a AUTOMATIC ecu just ask me its 25$.
