when not under load it revs a lot quicker... the rev counter dont even keep up; the engine hits the rev limiter when the tachometer is still at around 5000 rpm

other than that... i havnt yet wrapped it in fibreglass heatwrap, a lot of heat seems to be escaping through the manifold, even when the engine's running and up to temperature you can lightly touch the manifold.
i'm also currently running it de-cat... and can feel the lack of backpressure in the very low rpm range, below 2000 rpm.
as for idling, once up to temperature its perfectly fine.
i did run into a few problems when fitting it...
-the majority of the bolt holes didn't align properly, so i had to bore out 6 of the 8.
-the bottom 4 nuts are very hard to tighten because of the bends in the pipes as they leave the flange/header are too close - making it impossible to get a socket in there, and its not the biggest of gaps to swing a spanner.
