Servicing my vehicle at 30k

I purchased a new fuel filter for my vehicle and I am assuming that I must relieve the fuel pressure in the lines before changing. How do I do that? And where the fu** is that filter I am having trouble finding it?
By the way, I changed out my S.P.'s, I put NGK G-Powers in there, I love them, it feels as if my engine is running alot smoother. I also purchased bosch micro-edge wipers, not installed yet, hoping they work good.
