What is your favorite kind of oil to use?
I haven't developed a favorite oil or oil filter for my Woo yet. With the oil change I'm doing after my valve cover gasket arrives, I'm going with Castrol Syntec 5W-30 Full Synthetic.
The filter I went with for this oil change is a Fram High Mileage filter with TRT (Time Release Technology)
The filter claims a 96% single pass efficiency, and includes a time released additive for the oil. Allegedly it helps to maintain viscosity, reduces corrosive engine wear, neutralizes acids, and keeps everything cleaner. I will be very interested to see how well it works.
So what is your favorite brand of Oil and Oil Filter?

I am using Castrol oil.
I used to use Fomula-R but that has recently been evolved and they launched a new range called Castrol Edge.
5w30 Castrol Edge oil with new Ryco filter - every 5000kms - religiously!
Has anyone tried a K&N oil filter - is it worth twice the cost of my regular oil filter?
