How hard is this to install and much of a difference will this mod makeB&G shift improver from Daewootech.net- $35 shipped

The spark plug wires only have about 1500 miles. The shift improver is pretty easy to install, you just have to crimp a couple of wires, I still have the instructions. Yes, the difference is noticable. Thanks
