It's just a V6 Tiburon with NOS.

This is the summer driver. The modified police car on a picture is a part of the local police detachement, that works with the local car clubs. They do "ticket-free" vehicle inspections, and point out the items that may be a problem (illegal). They also answer traffic law questions, and attend local 1/4 mile races (yes, you can race them if you want). I dont say it often, but I have to say the two officers are very fair, open-mided and helpful. Besides, they spread the word in the force that not all people that modify cars must be automatically put in the 'street racer' category.

well ya'll are lucky then. i live in oklahoma and these redneck cops pull you over for anything. not as bad as cali or anything but still a hassle. hell the closest thing to a modded up cop car is the D.A.R.E. car. with its nice paint job.

Yeah theres also a cop car that attends local drag races with his FAST AS HELL mustang that used to be a cop car. He is also really opened minded

The engine is a C20GET.... which is a factory 8V turbo engine Pontiac and Chevrolet used here in north america during the late eighties.

From factory it had no intercooler and used a T25 to stuff 7psi into the cylinders which featured Mahle forged 8:1 compression pistons.

It was rated at 165hp and 175 lbft of torque from factory.

We also had the C20NE but the C20GET had significant upgrades throughout the engine.

Many guys are pushing the C20GET engines over the 300hp mark but they aren't nearly as strong as the C20LET.

look in holden calibras. They had the turbo 2Ls and the good gearboxes
