Adjustable Cam Gears for X20XEV
If i put on Adjustable Cam Gears on my U20SED in which its the same as the X20XEV which way do i adjust it for better performance and is it okay to put on an natural aspirated motor hope some one can help thanks

1. You have to tune them on the dyno.
2. The gains are very small. Only a few kw.
3. It's more if you have aftermarket cams.
So you'd be looking at least $1000 just for the cam gears and tuning.
You could get a intercept computer for that much with much better results.

I disagree on the price, adjustable cam gears are not that expensive, nor do you need a dyno as there are probably hundreds of X20XEV owners who could simply tell you the best set up for power gains.
That is to say there is no reason to re-invent the wheel, simply ask around Migweb and I'm sure you will get a couple of guys to help you out with the ideal settings.
You also have to remember that your engine uses the cams for sequential timing, it is easy enough to install one adjustable cam gear, but not two ( I have an adjustable cam gear on my T20SED and wanted to figure out a way to put on two )
Now that I've said that, Benzino is right, it's probably not worth the money
