Whats up with this "*** INTIMIDATOR TURBO ***"
Moderators: daewoomofo, Moderators Group
The first turbo car is almost finished
It is being installed on Nubira 2.2L.
About 80% finished.
It was delayed because of so many schedules.
For like engine swaps.
These are some pictures of Nubira 2.2L.

Engines
1.8L, 2.0L, 2.2L. They are same engines.
But they have different blocks,
To change the volume of 1.8L.
If you bore it out from 81mm to 86mm.
You will get 2.0L.
But instead of this we recommend you to swap the whole engine to 2.0L or 2.2L or just the blocks.
And about the turbo. I have to check out what configuration would it going to be.
But almost everything will be the same except for the turbine.

Looks very nice... I'm impressed with the quality of the manifold.
What are you going to do about fan clearance?
Was that a T3 on there?
The compressor on my T3/T4 hybrid turbo is touching the block and there is barely any clearnce between the turbine housing and fans.
( I'm building a spacer out of mild steel to move it out slightly)
Just thought I'd mention that the deck height of the 2.2L is 1cm taller than the 2.0L block....and the 2.0L and 2.2L share the same head ( not sure about the 1.8L)

fan clearance
The turbines you see up there.
It's a hybrid one.
Turbine from Garrett, and kompressor from Mitsubishi's TD series.
And here's the picture of Fan clearance.
You might think the fan is too close to the headers or turbine.
But it seems to be okay though.

does this turbo work for the suzuki forenza 2005 and how much of boost do you have on it??can you put the boost up??? do we have to do something to the internals to get this kit??? Is this kit a bolt on or you have to get someone profesional to put the turbo kit on?? How much is it with shipping and handeling to Tampa,Fl zip code 33634??? Do you guys have a turbo kit that is the same but instead of a t25 or t28 do you have one for a t3/t4 setup or what ever t3/t4 you can include if you have it??
Alright man thanks peace.

Intimidator
This is not a bolt on turbo so it would be hard to send you a turbo package.
Sorry can't help
