You can check the oil return... You need a smooth gradual downhill run of hose for the return... but just so long as its not a 90 degree bend Since there is no pressure in the oil return hose, the drain must use gravity to draw oil away from the turbo...
hello guys
i think the problem came to be the oil return line coz it is not smothly going to the oil pan so i will fix this and keep u posted
and i checked the intercooler for oil traces and it was ok no oil
guys i need help i have a very wiered problem
when i rev to high RPM and go a long distence the IAC og off its place cozing the car to be on 5000 RPM on idel
what do u think that is and the major problem here is that when this happens i check the screws and loose what do u think that is??
the way i see it the ECU detects that yuo got too much air going into the engine and the mixture is starting to lean, the ECU tries to correct that by closing the IAC port as much as it can and since the turbo is still spooling the ECu tries harder and harder to close the port till the IAC popes itself out of the TB and at this point you got no control over the air beeing sucked into the engine at idle and that cause the idle RPM to be set very very high.
i am not sure if this is the case but if it is you should be experiancing this issue only when the car is pushed hard and the turbo is at its max boost... right?

thanks alot man for the help but i don't think this is the issue coz this does not happen every time am on high boost
it happend till now 2 times only so i think it is a faulty IAC and as you know i have lots of issues with the sensors
my good friend Nasser suggested that you try to screw in the IAC's head a little bit to avoid the loss of clerance you are experiancing... i suggest we give the guy a visit at the weekend and exchange some ideas and all.
I sure you won't get proper AFR with IAT resistor only because your car has also Lambda sensor with "closed loop" to set AFR to 14,7. Once you change IAT value - lambda would correct it. Only way to get proper AFR with your ECU is SMT7 or "chip remapping". And as I wrote SMT6 won't work properly either.
one question here: (bear in mind my lack of turbo experiance)
if the ECU keeps the mixture at 14.7 using the O2 sensor and all then why remapping is needed? i mean if the fuel ratio could be very well manmaged by the ECu why tamper with it?
as far as i know, as soon as then the ECU detects lean mixture - due to boost - then it will dump more fuel to compansate for the extra air going into the engine and set things to the optimum level... right?
i know i am sure i am missing something here 'cause all you guys recommend the SMT7 for the fuel maps and all so please advice how things should under boost?
Because AFR 14,7 is far toooooooooo lean for turbo engines. Due to remapping chip it is possible to set other AFR then 14,7 even turn off "closed loop".
SMT7 is recommended because it is able to "hack" lambda signal in closed loop (it is called "OXY MAP" in SMT7 software). ECU thinks that is 14,7 while you have 13,1 for example. No other piggyback don't have this function as far as I know.
On the other hand you should change your mapsensor do 250kPa for example if you want to tune your car fine. In this case you must remap chip or use piggyback.
hello guys
the smoke problem is ok now it came out that the oil return line was a bit long
i did a dyno and the resulte was with 7 PSI
197 HP
274 TQ
0-100 7.2 Sec
i was using 92 octane fuel
yet it needs alot of tunning
