How to Tune a 01'Nubria (Wagon)

Ok, so i been working on my car for a good year now and i got it all fixed up for once... now i wanna treat it with some aftermarket and high performance parts but i have no idea where to start and how to start since 1) Parts are not easy to find. 2) I don't know what are the limits, or even what should i be looking for. HELP!

2,0l CDX, no modifications besides a subwoofer/amp, i wanna get a turbo, add some speed and gas mileage, then from there make it look sexy by adding some exterior details. but i wanna get the engine modifications down first. my budget is about $300 a month. whats a good site or place to get the parts i need? then again what parts do i need?! lol

also what are my options with superchargers, turbo, inter-coolers, EMS, and whatever i can get in it.
