Pistons and Cams

Are the pistons in this website low compression pistons or are they good to run more boost when you put a turbo? What are the best masurements for a t4 turbo set up, compression ratio: 86,00 - 86,50 - 87,00mm measurements? does anyone know where i can find cams to go with the pistons? If i put those pistons and the cams will that be enough to put like 10 or 15 pounds of boost on my suzuki forenza 2.0 doch d-tec 16v?? Can someone answer those questions for me plzzz??
