what you need:

rear hub assembly of a 1994 2000cc opel vectra or 2002 1600cc opel Astra... the assembly includes the rear axel, bearings, brake disks and calipers

the hand brake cables are a bit of a debate... i got the cables from the vectra but they needed modifications to be fitted into the lanos... their was a little difference in length between them and the OEM cables so i recon it can be done with the OEM cables

after this upgrade you won't be able to put 13" rims on the rear... important note to the guys with 1349cc and 1500cc engines and 13" OEM rims

upgrade details are in this post

as for P valves... i was on the OEM setup for a while then i ported my P valves to get more braking power at the rear... the port is about 1 mm in diameter and i do lock my rear wheels on lose surfaces... but that only occurs after the front has locked

and here is a link to the post were i was discussing P valves with the guys here
