My nubira make a crl crl crl sound in the front axel when I turn left. If I am in the multy lever parking lot in my work I can heart it from the right side of the car.
I take the car to PEPBPYS and the told me that the internal boot of the axel from the drv side have to be change.
I take the car again to another place and they chk it and told me that all the boots and the axel "start", first part or what ever (don't know how to said this in english), no have any kind of damage.
What can be?

Constant Velocity or CV joint. They get full of sand and dirt and make a clicking noise when turned abruptly to one side, it is not too big of a deal initially, but it can cause your CV joint to fall apart if you accelerate in a sharp turn.
Get it changed or rebuilt, I had mine rebuilt, but now my other one is going. Until then, avoid turning your steering wheel all the way to one side, it puts a lot of stress on the joint.

If you have a manual trans without ABS, it will cost $177.36 for the inner joint and $180.85 for the outer joint, depending on which is shot, but I highly doubt both would be damaged. For a rebuild, you are looking at about half that, maybe less, it all depends how you want to go about it.
First check if it is the CV joint though for sure, But I think they are the only things that make clicking noises.

if you wanna make sure it is the CV... put the car in reverse gear and turn the steering all the way to the left and back it up, listen carefully to the sound if it appears or not then try it with the steering wheel turned to the right.
turning the steering to lock position (max. right or max. left) puts the most strain on CV's so does backing the car up... practically you are putting the CV's to the most strain attainable to see if they really cause trouble.
do not go so fast during that or use aggressive moves... if the CV's are bad they could just pop and snap into two halves during that test.

For me, the noise is never heard when the car goes in reverse, regardless of how severe the turn of the wheel or the speed. I only here a distinct *CLICK*CLICK*CLICK* when I turn my wheels fairly sharply and accelerate. I know my problem is definitley the CV joint, but I would go see a reputable mechanic just to have him check it out. Make sure you mention CV joints to him.
