hat size may be different as well as spindle hole and lock screw position.

i confirmed in the parts listings that the nubi and lanos rotors are indeed different

www.r1concepts.com ~~~> you have to email them for information. you can find their products on ebay. The website does not list any brakes for daewoos, but they do have them, you just have to ask.

www.irotors.com ~~~> email again. they offer cross drilled/slotted rotors for all three models... lanos, nubira, and leganza. email for info, or check ebay for their auctions.

www.brakeconcepts.com ~~~> email ONLY. they website isn't configured correctly, but email for info. sales@brakeconcepts.com

all three of those companies have a program like the one you listed there and they feed the dimensions into their cnc machine to turn out rotors. They all carry warantees against cracking and breaking for like 90 days... so get the pads bed-in and use the crap out of them to make sure they won't mess up!

as per the parts manual the nubira and 1.6 lanos share the same hub then the two rotors fit as far as lug bolt j0oles and retaning screw are involved.

as per mark13 data both rotors are the came diameter so they will fit under the caliper and will have no issues with the pads.

only problem is in the H measurment which is 6mm off, can one put a 6mm spacer between the hub and the rotor to fix this??

hey mark13: i notice on the 14" lanos rotor the "Orginalne" field is set to 569042 where as the P/N for the 14" rotor is 96179110... will switching to the correct P/N on that software you have affect the dimensions or are those listed P/N similar in dimensions??

no, a spacer won't fix it because it will offset the surface.

"Orginalne" means "original" they're original parts numbers and thats all.

i am bringing this back from the oblivion!

i got a set of calipers from a 1.6 DOHC lanos and i got a set of nubira rotors... i knowthose two won't fit without mods so...

i am going to make a 6mm washer to fit on both pins of the caliper braket to move it inwards 6mm, now the caliper will fit perfictly on the rotor but i have to make sure the lower controll arm ball joint is clear.

got any concerns regarding this idea?

i am also thinking of getting the 1.6 lanos or nubira master cylinder to cope with the bigger caliper or will it be OK to keep my current one?

one more thing... anyone knows a compatable brake rotor from an opel car that fits the 1.6 lanos

maybe the post is too big and people are not getting what the problem is so here it is in a more simple way:

1- can i use a 6mm spacer on the caliper bracket studs to alighn the caliper with the nubira rotor?
2- will such mod require fabricating longer studs?
3- any concerns for the proximity of the nubira rotor to the control arm ball joint? (heat radiation and fire hazard)
4- will a 1.6 lanos/nubira master brake cylinder be required to match the bigger caliper pistons?
5- anyone know if their is an OPEL car that uses the same rotor spec./dimensions of a lanos 1.6?
