from what i understand from my own research, is that cross drilled rotors squeel, whereas slotted dont, so id be assuming slotted and drilled rotors would squeel. anyway, id go with #1

I have ordered the set from the first vendor. I hope these, with the EBC Greenstuff pads, do the job for a while. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the mantainence of this setup?

What pads are you using with your rotors?

*UPDATE* 6/15/06

I have recieved my new pads and rotors and installed them. After instalation when I would brake, my brake pedal would pulse and steering wheel would shudder. I was like, "WTF!?" Part of my reason for replacing my rotors was to get rid of the alleged warped rotor causing shaking before. Well, new "ebay" rotors on and it still shook. I was pissed.

I had my friend, a brake specialist, inspect the car. His assessment: rotors where warped.

So he turned my rotors and now it brakes just fine.

I love the EBC pads, they definately give better feedback through the pedal. The "ebay" rotors definately leave something to be desired. If I had to do it again, I would try harder to find some OE replacement brembo rotors. I still dont know if they exist for the rear.

If you were going to go with Brembo Rotors, you could as well go with OEM because I'd say its exactly the same. The Brembo rotors are actually a bit heavier so "technically" they slow your car down, even though I didn't experience this. But I haven't noticed any difference between the Brembo rotors and OEM rotors.

+1

but due to the fact that in here the OEM rotors are locally manufactured, the brembos got an edge here.
