does anyone have this with the gears?

I have allways reved before a down shift it is very good to do also if you turn off all noise then drive up to 25 Mph then push in the clutch then goto first you will here a High toy like sound kind of like a whine that is the Sycros so once agin proceed to do this again how ever this time rev it up once right before you go to first and it will slide in and you will see the difference
