Lanos Sport Sway Bar Size?

I recently purchased urethane sway bar bushings for my Lanos. I researched online and on the forum to see what the OEM sway bar size was and I arrived at the conclusion that it was a 3/4" diameter bar (19mm). However, when I jacked the car up to actually do the work, the sway bar size was considerably bigger. I didn't have my caliper with me so I couldn't measure the actual size, so I was wondering if you guys knew the answer? What is the OEM sway bar size on a Lanos?

I was almost certain it was 19mm, but I do have a Lanos Sport and perhaps it was fitted with a thicker diameter bar to improve handling and go in line with the whole "Sport" aspect of the car. If the Sport was in fact fitted with a thicker bar (and I'm talking seriously thick, way bigger than any of my other cars), this could be a quick and easy upgrade for all of you guys with the standard Lanos.

the suspension was pretty screwed up so I replaced everything.

- the ball joints and steering end links are from an 87-93 Pontiac LeMans.
- the swaybar end links and mounts are Energy Suspension pieces off the shelf from Checkers/O'Reilly's

I believe they are 21mm but I'll check in a minute and let you know.

I have a 2002 1.5 Lanos Hatch and my front swaybar measures 25mm in diameter.

I assume front? cuz I think most Lanos' came without a rear bar. But just today I read Vauxhall chassis similar to the Lanos had a 18-20mm rear bar

the mk2 gte had a rear bar, as well as rear discs

no lanos had a rear bar or rear discs
