LANOS fog lights

Does anyone know for sure if a '99 Lanos SE that came WITHOUT factory fog lights is pre-wired for them? I checked the fuse box, and the space for the foglight relay is empty, but I wondered if the wiring is there (for the switch and the lights). If not, has anyone wired their own foglights? If so, could you explain how you wired it?

Not on mine I had to do the wiring.
