If you have a small fuse panel in the interior "kick-panel" (drivers-side in the USA)
Than..........
Try this;
Turn the key and the radio off than remove the cover and look at the inside of it for the placement of two (10 amp fuses) that say; "audio"
Actually ? one will say 'audio" and the other will say; "audio-ign")
Remove them (clean and/or replace them) and try it again.
Use a fuse puller and you don't need to disconnect the battery to do this.
happy tunes !

This dosnt sound like a fuse problem
Do you have any warranty on the radio?
Do you know much about the electronics inside the radio?
I'm guessing not to both... You most likely have two options:
1. Get a qualified technician to repair it
2. RECOMMENDED Attempt to bash the face a few times, presss buttons extremely hard etc. If not, buy a new one.
Realistically, it's cheaper these days to buy a new unit than to get one repaired.
