Hi, first time poster here.
I have recently bought a Daewoo Lanos and it is a great little car, it is the S model so it is pretty basic. Anyway I was wondering if I can replace the standard manual ariel with an automatic ariel from one of the higher spec Lanos's, or if anyone knows a company who does aftermarket ones? Any tips would be a great help

Re: Replacing a manual ariel
Hello mate, welcome to the forum.
Personally, ive not come across an aftermarket automatic aeriel, and im not too sure whether any higher spec lanos' have automatic ones.
but in all seriousness, do you really listen to the radio that much that you need the aeriel? - im trying to get rid of mine, but cant find a rubber bung to fit the hole lol.

Cargo cultism is a beautiful thing as long as you never fall for it.

fully loaded lanoses came with electric antenna down here... i personally hate them as they break down and jam... then you have to drive with a 24 x 7 erect antenna

Decided to not change the ariel, too much hassle really and I only really listen to the radio on motorway journeys.
