I cant get in touch with my dealer, so I figure the next best place to ask is here. I want to do a few things to my Lanos, but I dont know what I can and cant do in terms or the warranty. So , in general, which of these are ok?
1. Rims
2. Exhaust(muffler only)
3. Springs/shocks(im pretty doubtful about this)
I would really like the rims and ehxaust the most.
the only thing they really stressed was 'dont touch the cat' or other emissions stuff.

warranty
My dealer warrantied my Lanos, even though I have aftermarket rims (18-inch) and muffler on it. My timing belt broke and the valves bent, so they had to rebuild the top part of the engine.
For exaust, as long as you modify up to the cat (like putting a new muffler on), it does not void your warranty. I've heard there's a law that states that as well (not sure though). Don't mess with lowering the car, since that does change the geometry of the car and will void your warranty. Remember, times for Daewoo USA are hard and they might be a little more peaky. If you want to find a local x-Daewoo dealer, go to Daewoous.com.
