Hi all !

I am a newbie here. I am not a newbie to loosing car keys.

When I was a kid, I watched my Dad tape a set of spare keys on to the battery ground cable of his 1939 Ford sedan.

By the time I was old enough to drive and "knew everything" I didn't bother. But now after many years and many car-key losses, I decided it wasen't such a bad idea after all.
Hoods are more secure these days so I had to get creative under the front bumper by using a shower curtin hook and hanging the key/s from it. Than I use a dab of silicone to stick them to something solid to keep from rattling.

:)

p.s. glad they didnt break any glass.

hye just duct tape a key behind your back license plate. just make sure to be able to have a screw driver handy somewhere. like a pocket knife or something.

A zip-tie works real well. Make sure and tie it up to a secure place where the tie wont get damadged and lose your spare key. OOOoooppps.
