Its a reseller or some sorts.
It is a small building with a big fenced lot behind it, and they buy & sell groups of cars from other car dealers that did not sell.
All the Daewoos on their lot were about a year old, but still new with under 15 miles each. My car had 11 miles on it, my dad's had 8.
