from the money order company i got his account number, from paypal i got all his creditcard info, i have address, his phone, and his ip's.
the letter basically demanded goods to be delivered or legal action was eminant, including suing for money lost and damages allowing the maximum of 500 dollars from him (to keep it in small claims here in tennessee).
it also stated that the messages (which i saved, and found the phone number) are a legally binding contract, which i can sue of goods not delivered for that as well, totalling a cost of 500 more dollars.
i sent it to him through a courier so it gets hand delivered (should still take a few days). he has to sign for it, so i know he recieves it.
sooo... he can ship my junk, or he can pay me 1000 bucks. that's enough to cover legal fees if i go to court with him over it and regain way more than my losses.
if it came down to it... i'd buy you a shifter for the lugs

thats sounds great!!! hell though man if you get the money instead of a shifter if you can find me the reverse lights for my woo that would be better. but hell man i told you lugs were for free like an xmas gift so you don't have to get me anything.
man i bought a 1/2" drill the other day so i should do it tomorrow if i'm not too hung over. you want me to still send it to ya?

how would this situation get him banned form his ebay business if it didn't have anything to do with ebay? i can understand from paypal that he'll be banned and that would hurt him considerably on ebay but i don't see it goin further than that. but hell if you can git-r-done then hell do it to it.

the thing is... paypal is what designates someone as a seller.
if he doesn't take paypal, he'll lose condsiderable busniess (bidpay sucks and no one likes to send money through the mail).
if paypal lists him as a non-shipping seller... it goes on his ebay listings and in his profile... so people won't trust him anymore. it may not get him removed from ebay... but given his marking as a non-shipper and a non-paypaler... he'll loose all his business
