whats different from the 1.4 dash to the 1.6 dash, is the tach only difference?

yeah, but the 1.4L dash is in mph and has the right units and everything... instead of having the 220kph or whatever

I've got the 1.6 without the tach cluster right now.
Oh... and I know the scans you're talking about. I saw them
here
I was actually planning on using those as a template for shape and such since my scanner is broken. I'll have the face plates available from my cluster without the tach when I install my new one with the tach, so I'll see what I can do to get those scanned so I can make some custom designs for those who are interested.
