GM-car-parts

Post by Daniel »

Hi all,

I haven't access anymore to the Daewoo specific catalog on their site? I've re-registered but no chance.
Same for you?

Ya..... looks like it's gone away.

Luckily I get my parts from GSiTurbo

He brought me back 1.5L SOHC spark plug wires from Poland for like 1/5 the price they are here.

Everything there seems to be way cheaper... not a bit... were talking 1/2 the price or better.

Thanks,

Yes I know the parts are way cheaper in those countries. Some time ago I had tried to contact a couple of companies in Poland and Czech Republic but they never answerded my Emails. So finaly I ordered my parts on EBay US. Still cheaper than in Belgium. .

I mostly used the GM-car-parts catalog to find latest part number.

I suppose parts for Daewoo are very inexpensive in Poland comes from the fact Daewoo cars were manufactured there for the European market, until the official "collapse" of GM-Daewoo. As a result, the replacement parts supply chain is really large. Interestingly, the factory in Warsaw now makes the Aveo and Lacett subcomponents for EU.
