East Coast meet

Post by TheGreatAndPowerfulOz »

I have talked to a couple of people who are interested in a get together on the east coast to meet each other and see what has been done to our cars.

This is still in the early stages, so no solid plans have been formed as of yet, although the general consensus is for some time this summer.

If you are interested, feel free to let us know.

I know, and I wish there was some way for you to be there. I wish everyone could make it because it would be really cool to meet everyone in person and see the cool stuff done to all the cars.

I've been talking with a few other NE woo owners about doing a Daewoo meet. I'm working on getting the location and date set. I hope to have this done before the end of the month.

Buick, eh?
Well ... I wonder if I'd be chased away from the Woo meet if I drove up in my 1969 VW Beetle or 1973 Porsche 914?

LOL

Although, I'd rather drive my Lanos for everyone to see all that I have done, but I prefer to travel in my Leganza so I can set the cruise control.

Speaking of cruise control ... there is a local stereo shop that installs crusie controls on cars and they said they have one that will fit my Lanos with a factory look. I'm rather interested in getting this, but they want $299 for it installed. Maybe working my 2nd job I'll have enough extra money to get the cruise control put in.
