Okay, I've gotten two fix it tickets in the same month a few months ago for my windows. The officer said that I needed to get the windows fixed and mail something in saying I did it but didn't need to include any proof. Anyways.. I just ignored it and never mailed anything in... and never fixed my window tint. Can this come back to bite me in the ass?

Well it's been a couple months and I've had nothing happen... not letters or anything. The 2nd time I was pulled over for it he never said anything about any other times either.

It can... and it probably will, but not with something like jail time or anything.kinkyllama wrote:Okay, I've gotten two fix it tickets in the same month a few months ago for my windows. What they will usually do is rack up some amount of money you owe... then they will continue to increase that amount. Remember, the police is a "FOR PROFIT" company... they want what you have... $$$ ... And they keep EXCELLENT RECORDS!... Especially if it means money for them.
Save yourself the trouble... fix the problems or whatever and take care of it... Yes... it's a pain in the ass... yes... it's downright retarded... but... A little effort today will save you a lot of effort tomorrow when dealing with "the Man". You pickin' up what I'm puttin' down, yo?

Well... what should I do?
The fix it ticket was supposed to be done and return at least a month ago. I'm not going to fix my windows but will pay fines. Can I look up this info to see if they have it in there records?
I got the orginal copy and there doesnt look like thtere was any kind of carbon copy attached.
