well i got pulled over tonight the whole think was kinda funny the officer took my license like usual and when i get pulled over im always kinda nervous and it was kinda cold out he ask me why im shaking i was like aah its cold and im getting pulled over. it turns out that you cant have yellow headlight bulbs in California and he said some thing about you cant have an aftermarket exhaust its stock piping it just has a barrel tip. i try to keep out of there way but some how it happens, i mean theres so many other cars that have "aftermarket exhaust" and i really dont think the exhaust thing is a real law and ive had those yellow headlights for six months now. oh well its the end of the month the police are probably making their quota. shit happens

so did you get a ticket? if you did it might be a fix it ticket. where if you fix the problems, your tickest will be dismissed.

I can't see why on earth yellow headlights would be illegal! They are required by law in some European countries.
Most of all, yellow lights are the most visible of any color at night and in rain and fog.
I have yellow H1 bulbs in my Leganza and they help with visibility better than any other bulbs I have used; even better than the SilverStars in my Lanos.

no they didnt give me a ticket thank god. yea i said the same thing they are a lot better, they allow yellow driving lights so whats wrong with yellow bulbs? i do live in a small town and the cops do get board. lol

In california you're not allowed to modify the emission system without buying state approved equipment... that would include your exhaust... BUT the yellow bulb thing... is total BS... as long as they're not orange, there shouldn't be a problem...

I got a warning ticket at my school for having stickers on the sidewindows, front windsheild, over my blinkers, and over my brake light.

Oh and for not having a parking pass. It was some cop who was just sitting outside of our school giving everyone tickets. They say they dont have a quota yet they sit outside of every school the last few days of the month.....

if the cop is only giving out tickets to students then its illegal. its called "Profiling" especially if they do it around the same time of the month a few times. i'd get a video camera and tape it then go to your local news channel about it.
