I can't set up the avatar

Hi,

I tried to set up an avatar from my profile but the feature is not working.

The avatar is at the following location : http://www.daewootech.com/forum/album_p ... ic_id=1702

Tried to set up this from my Profile in all ways but it doesn't work :
1) tried to upload it - and it gave me some weird php/mysql permissions denied errors

2) tried to point an URL link (the bove mentioned one) - error " the link contains invalid data"
3) tried to pint it to an external URL -" erorr the link contains invalid data"

None of them worked ... I think this is a bug.
