A friend of mine is working on that with me though. He just bought some more land and is building a garage with paintbooth...yay...it'll just be another six months before it's done. but eventually I'll be helping him paint cars and repair them in my spare time.

You control the economy.... not big business .... if you want a job then make one.
What skills do you have? ( Education, trades )
If you could do anything ( within reason ) what would you do for a living?
You guys talk about the land of opportunity.... but guess what.... you guys forgot how your country works.
It's pretty simply.... figure out what you want to do.... then do it yourself.... don't rely on others to make opportunity for you.
Your government and the rich people of america want you broke..... just look at the cost of education..... most of you owe tens of thousands of dollars by the time you get out.
Come to Canada.... we have top notch educational systems for 1/5 the cost of the american schools.
I am an Electronics Eng. Tech. my tuition was $1100.00 per year..... and that is not subsidized by the government.... that's just what it costs here..... that's exactly the same price it would have been for you if you had been up here at that time.
Yes.... that was a while ago.... about 12 years now...... so how much is it now? $3800 a year.... which is still cheap in comparison to the USA.
well said brother... well said
in here we are supposed to be "educated" but actually 90% of graduates are clueless... OK education is subsidized but it is not that good education, non subsidized education is expensive as hell and if you think that it is better in anyway than the subsidized one then you are terribly mistaken
i am almost doing what you did now... i graduated from the faculty of commerce and worked as an accountant for two years then got fed up... switched to IT as i love computers and all till i became the head of information security department in my company
again i am fed up and want to switch to the automotive field... i want to open a tuning shop with my buddy Zikas (owner of the 2.0 nubira turbo) and start doing what we really love to do the most... unfortunately this step is much harder now as both of us got wives and kids so the risks associated with career changes are much bigger now.... i wish i did that years ago
anyways i am not giving up on my dream... it is just has to be planned more carefully
it was -11* out this morning... and that thats farenheit (which comes out to -24* for you celsius people)
with the wind chill it was -27*f which comes out to -88*c. thats too fucking cold!
