plz help daewoo cielo 1996 pwr lamp on dashboard flashing!!!

plz help my car is daewoo cielo 1196
this thing happen suddenly when i was going to my work PWR lamP is flashing then all dashboard lamps flash for 2sec and car turned off,after that i start the car normally but now when walking for about 1km the PWR lamp is always flashing and i feel the profrmance of the car decreased,i read that this maybe caused by bad (control transmition unit)?what is this unit?where is it located? any idea what is the problem thanxxx

this kinda problem is fuse related...

similar problems happen to mk3 astras when the fuse on the cigarette lighter burns out, because it is also connected to the PCM i think.
