The Sunbird 2.0 turbo its an straight swap for the lanos, my car (the lanos is based on my chasis) has the 2.0 non turbo version everything works with no problems, and im using the F16 transmision (GM desing) so the D16 Transmision (Daewoo desing) will fit with no problems.mocpac_ser wrote:Probably maniac16v can help w\ this. the D16 is the Lanos 5speed tranny, the D20 is the 5speed nubby tranny,
Some info on gear ratios:
there are to types of the D16, wide ratio (lanos 1.4 sochc) and medium ratio (1.5 sohc) the service manual doesnt specify wich is fitted to the 1.6 16v since there are 2 versions i asume one is for the normal 1.6 and the Sport model

Well, those are our gear ratios, i hope this helps a lot of u guys
unfortunally there're no S models here, so i cant get my hands on one of those D16, what im gonna do is get a D16 medium ratio and use my 3.949 Diferential, why u may ask? the D16 medium is the closest to the D16 S
