From what I gather the Dogged Gear set has a different type of cut in the gears that allow for more power and abuse.
I think these transmissions don't have syncros either.
So you either have to double clutch or simply smash it in there without depressing the clutch.
Supposedly there are lots of guys out there that do clutchless shifting with these "dog box" transmissions.
I really don't know a whole lot about them so perhaps someone with more experience can fill in the gaps.
