Your "T-belt" looks very strange to me. It looks more like a accessory belt. And as you haven't yet removed the 4 allen screws in order to reach the T-belt...

Can you post a pic of toothed/grooved side?
Look in the how-to section.

Edit: Oops, haven't read the bottom comment on your belt pic.
Here is one how-to for timing belt: http://daewootech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=14264 .

wow, that throttle body was really gunked up! That's why I don't take mine off, mine is probably worse. I'm better off not knowing what's in there!

i thought you did bore your TB?

oh wait looking at that pic again, it's just so clean it looks like it has been...

as long as there's nothing behind the "bulge" (like a coolant gallery) it should be fine and improve airflow heaps.
you might see a change in the torque band though, because you're opening it up, it will slow airflow and shift the torque higher in the rev range (but will add top end power)

if you end up doing it, let us know. I'm interested in doing this ever since i saw that bulge! lol

I hate to bring the bad news, it will cause problems if you open it up. ...at least if you port match to 2.5" the whole way through. you could probably take it down a little bit but nothing that will really help out. the IAC port of the throttle is just on the other side of that bulge, on the lower half anyways. you could probably port out the top all the way but I'm not sure what the outcome would be from jut porting one side and not both.

one thing you can do is use a Leganza, Isuzu Rodeo/Amingo throttle. it's a full 2.5" the whole way through straight from the maniufacturer. it's what I have on mine and I have to say that I think it's got more throttle responce then the 2.0 was probably intended to have.
