Malpassi Fuel Pressure Regulator install on 1.5L Lanos

Post by ubuyau »

Anyone done it? I just bought a 1:1 turbo Malpassi FPR for more preparation work to the turbo - got it home - and dont really know where to start since they dont come with instructions

I had a look on the net for instructions but couldnt find anything useable...

Just wanted to know how to hook it all up - ive got the fuel and vac tube - all the brass fittings i need - just not sure how to go about plugging it all up...

Help? I really want to give it a go myself - but dont want to take the fuel rail out or anything like that if i can help it...

Thanks

there should be an IN and an OUT for the fuel, you will probably have to find a way to make it fit with fittings because i dont know if it hooks up like the stock one.. most likely it doesnt, then you run the vac line to the to the same place the other one came off of... then.. if the FPR is adjustable you need a presure gauge to set the base pressure
