What did he say about the clutch anywyas? didnt he say something like you cant even get the car moving in 1st or something?

I think so yea... it stalls everytime you try to start going in 1st

yeah something like that... looks to me like it is a driver problem rather than a clutch problem

He does it on purpose...
with aftermarket clutches you have to "burn it" a bit that way it does not stall...

you have to rise the revs a bit (+-1100 rpms) while you slowly relase the clutch and the car starts moving.
if you dont do that the clutch grips so much that then drops the revolutions so low that the car stalls.

Yes. Thanks for the term Erfrain. A bunch of guys here did take turns driving an Evo 7 when it made its appearance then. I can't count the times everyone of us stalled the car. Took some time before we started to move off by burning the clutch.
