I am confused about how this works. I give you my info, you make 1 UD pulley, test it on the Lanos, then show us the results. If the results are not significant to manufacture, we are no longer obligated to pay. Or do we still have to pay for something that might only give us 5 HP? Thank you for the prompt response.

The company we work with agrees to go ahead with the production, if we can guarantee a purchase. The only option for us to back-up, are poor results from the part. Thats why we can make one pulley initially to determine the gains, and corrections, if required.

This way, we do not have to send your money back and forth in case the pulley does not perform as expected, and you are not obligated to pay if pulley does not work. The usual gains for this size of the engine should be around 4-8 bhp or better.

Hope this explains.

Making the pulley initially is good so we can all be sure it will work. I'm interested but I will like to see it first.

I read in other forums, that this will give 10-20 hp. Is this possible?

I sent you a PM and reply to various posts, but got no answer from you.

Time for some comparisons... below, on the pictures, is the factory pulley off 1.6 DOHC Aveo. I need Lanos 1.6 DOHC owners to compare this to your pulley.

The pulley's diameter is approx 14 cm...

All people who confirmed their interest in the pulley, will be sent email confirmation within an hour from now.

I'll take some pics of the 1.6 DOHC Lanos pully sometime this weekend.
One thing I see missing is the Cam Gear for the Cam Positioning Sensor.

Interesting, as I study very carefully the manuals for the Lanos, and it shows no sensors whatsoever around the crank pulley. You are not confusing that with the cam sensor?

Yes I am sure. I just replaced it on Monday. It operates off a gear looking part of the pully. I'll try to get pics to show you.
